Being a skateboard instructor, I know first hand how much the existing park needs a better structure to it. These kids will have a better opportunity and experience with a fresh, newly constructed skatepark.

Should be a high priority for this area redevelopment. I see how much fun my grandson gets from the challenges presented by a well designed park like this. We have to travel within Edinburgh to enjoy one and I'm sure it would attract folk to Helensburgh in the same way.

My grown up son and his friends spent many an hour at this skate park. There's very little in Helensburgh for them to do, especially for free. Give them a decent area to enjoy their skating.

Free the wales! A dirty good for nothing funbox is all these kids have, we need more rails, more stairs, more anxiety!
