Do you want to see even more young kids to do stupid stuff like drink drugs and smoking or do you want to see them getting into a sport? My answer is the second one. Get a good skatepark built!

Keep kids in helensburgh by having more, especially a skate park, save the trip to Dumbarton. Let’s keep it local

Build it , If you remove it there will be nothing to do for kids , there's already hundreds of shops that areant used , USE THEM INSTEAD . !

We need a variety of sports facilities in helensburgh and this is an excellent facility for kids to learn to express them selves through perseverance and practice to learn new skills and tricks and work together to achieve their own goals

I was part of the committee which refurbished the existing skatepark and am really keen for a facility for young and old alike.

Argyll & Bute Council seemed positive about the need for a new, purpose-built skatepark, for all manner of skaters, at the pierhead.
