We the undersigned would like to hereby give notice, that we the patients of The Argyle Medical Group Argyle St, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Would like to ask for the present appointment system to be reviewed. We feel that as patient's of this practice, we should have a say in how our surgery operates, as the way it is at present, is simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! We all live in a depressed area, therefore, most people opt for the cheapest telephone tarifs, as the telephone line, is a cheap rate BT line, this does not apply to many of the patients that contact the surgery. It has cost patients upto £15 for one appointment, I think most will agree. a ridiculous amount of money, for a call to the surgery. Along with, the twenty minutes trying to get through, only to be told, call back tomorrow, is not good enough. We, the Patient's, would like the whole appointment system reviewed, as it is unfair that, we the patients are unhappy with the present service we are being provided with, so ask for a new Appointment System be put in place ASAP.
