I will present this petition and signatures to the Argyle Medical Group Doctors Surgery Practice Manager. Many of us are fed up of trying day after day to get an appointment, often redialing over 100 times to finally find that all appointments are gone for the day by 9am. This service is unacceptable.

Please comment with your experience s and ideas on how Argyle can change its system, I would like this to be a positive petition with lots of ideas to present to the practice.

One idea that has come up is four opportunities to make appointments,

At the desk in advance to fit around work and other commitments.

Between 8-9am for appointments before 3pm

Between 12-1pm for appointments after 4pm.

And that there be sufficient opperaters to answer calls throughout the day.

Also an online cancellation function if unable to attend.

And a text in cancellation programming for last minute cancellations.

Also that Argyle look to the procedures that other surgeries use which currently work and adopt those management styles.

Please let me know all your ideas thanks.
