Welcome to the Arena33 Indoor Paintball petition against Stockton Councils decision to deny change of use planning permission for our proposed location - a disused warehouse on the junction of Portrack Lane and The Black Path in Stockton. The main reason stated as to why the planning permission was denied is that the warehouse is too far away from Stockton town centre. The warehouse in question is located just under half a mile from Stockton town centre. The only suitable places that have been identified so far cost well over budget and would mean that Arena33 would not be able to start up. The aim of this petition is to show Stockton Council that you, the people that they represent, and potential customers have no objections to Arena33 being located at our proposed location; a disused warehouse that has been stood empty for years, and is broken into on a regular basis by metal thieves. And unbelievably only half a mile from where they would like us to locate!
