The apparent case of Gloria Ray is too serious to gently let her off the hook. We the undersigned demand that: 1.  A hold be laced upon any pending payments to Ms. Ray; 2.  Immediate resignations of all KTSC Board and Management be demanded: 3.  A complete audit  be conducted on all KTSC actions over its entire history: 4.  Litigation be initiated to recover any compensation found dubious in the audit: and  5.  KTSC be orderly terminated, assets liquidated, and all available monies be credited to                   Taxpayers
