Dear Mr. President,
We the students of Aquinas do hereby request for RHR 2.1 in Section 2.0 to be removed from the Aquinas College Student Conduct Code. We have found this rule to be useless and cumbersome to us and agree that it would be in the best interest for students to have it removed.
Aquinas College
I have spent this week meeting with students who feel just as frustrated by this rule as I do. It is exhausting to deal with these restrictions when we should be focusing on our studies. We are preparing a formal presentation to show the administration exactly why this policy needs to be scrapped.

Seeing this level of support for changing the conduct code reminds me why I started this fight in the first place. This momentum proves that students are ready to move past these outdated rules so we can finally have a campus that actually respects our independence.

total nonsense. we are paying way too much tuition to be treated like high schoolers in the dorms.

Finally someone said it. It is so awkward trying to visit friends in other dorms and feeling like a criminal for just hanging out.

Fix this now. Aquinas is supposed to be about community but this just divides us.

So tired of the constant stress over this. Just let people have friends over. It is not that complex.

Get rid of it. The policy is seriously archaic.
