So tired of brown, smelly, high-priced water that makes it unpleasant to bathe, that stains when washing clothing or dishes, that makes it cost-prohibitive to water the lawn, and that makes us fearful to cook with it or allow family members or pets to consume it.

I always have an outrageous bill and non drinkable water!

Water is not drinkable and outrageously priced.

I live alone and I pay $100 per month. I was gone for a month last summer, used zero water and still paid $100 for the bill.

Aqua Tx is price gouging to provide water and sewer. They need to be investedagted for the outrages cost to provide water. The pricing should be equivalent to the other water provider companies in the surrounding areas, let alone equal pricing within the communities they provide water and sewer for.

I am a disabled Veteran; when I received my first bill just for me it was 175.00 for the month?

I’m so disappointed that we could barely afford to water our yard last summer because the two of us were racking up a $160 bill BEFORE watering the lawn. Now we are a family of three and the quality is getting worse.

I hope this works!!! Something needs to give. I would really hate to see what we are all drinking and showering in. (Outside of the fortune we are paying!!!)

Horrible horrible horrible.

Absolutely horrible in every possible way. How in the hell can can family of 3 have a water bill of 180 to 200 a month? Its absurd

The water quality and the ridiculous amount the bill is every month is nothing like I've seen...I lived in Katy tx the most my bill was 85.00 in the summer when I had 7 kids in my house. I'm out here with 4 people 145.00. Outrageous

This company is outrageously expensive. I dont even have the option to choose any other company but this one where I live and my bill runs minimum $250. Crazy and ridiculous!

I hate corrupt companies. The companies that have a monopoly and do whatever they want.

Too expensive. We are hardly ever home and my bill has sometimes been higher than my Light Bill! Ridiculous! Paying over $250 in water/month is insane

So sick of it. They replaced a 2" ball valve in front of my house and just threw the old one in my yard for me to clean up. It's expensive and it's always dirty.

They are so corrupt.

Where else do you pay $95.75 a month without using a drop of water?
