This company is rediculous. For what they charge there is absolutely no reason for sub par water and the service station in front of my neighborhood smells absolutely terrible most of the time. They have a monopoly on the water here and that is wrong. We can’t even drink our water but it costs minimum $150 a month. Please, shut them down or force a serious change.

Not to mention how disgusting the water is! Horrible customer service as well. I see the aqua truck go back behind our neighborhood and he just sits there for hours doing nothing!

Water quality is disgusting, price gouging is hurting all residents and the monopoly over our neighborhood has everyone EVERYONE dissatisfied with the company as a whole, not to mention we are paying an extra fee for AQUA to build need stations for other neighborhoods, but barely maintaining ours

My water bill is always 150 and over. Out first bill was almost 300. My last bill stated that we used 6,300 gallons of water!! Not even possible for our household!!

Bleach smell constantly. Burps in sewer line create bad smells in house.

This compan over charges, cuts off service for billing issues and the quality is horrible. They are so rude and care free.

When we lost power why did the diesel engine not come on to keep water pressure up and water flowing?
We need a change the rates are outrageous !
