This water is undrinkable and ruins clothes. Smells terrible and fairly certain it's the reason we were all getting sick. Completely healthy as soon as we started drinking bottled water

Agree with all other comments. Why do we have to put water softening and filters on everything in our house just to use our water? Definitely can’t drink it. We’ve had to switch our detergent because the metals in the water react with the detergent and ruin our clothes. Unacceptable.

Shut them down! These people wouldnt use the water for their families that they say is ok for us to use. We live in a lower income neighborhood with lots of children and elderly and we pay higher rates than the million dollar homes on the lake.

So tired of brown, smelly, high-priced water that makes it unpleasant to bathe, that stains when washing clothing or dishes, that makes it cost-prohibitive to water the lawn, and that makes us fearful to cook with it or allow family members or pets to consume it.

The water quality and the ridiculous amount the bill is every month is nothing like I've seen...I lived in Katy tx the most my bill was 85.00 in the summer when I had 7 kids in my house. I'm out here with 4 people 145.00. Outrageous

Water quality is disgusting, price gouging is hurting all residents and the monopoly over our neighborhood has everyone EVERYONE dissatisfied with the company as a whole, not to mention we are paying an extra fee for AQUA to build need stations for other neighborhoods, but barely maintaining ours

Aqua Texas provides sub standard services to Hood County Texas. There systems are outdated and extremely contaminated. Also there billing system is not accurate..and they blame the mail system for lost bills when they are not sending bills in the mail. Please email a petition list to my email so that I can get our entire naborhood to sign a petition list.

Water is too hard on hot water heater on my 3rd one . sometimes it is light brown looks almost like pee. We buy all our drinking water.
