When we first moved here water bill was 30 dollars a month . now it is 130 amonth and, water is terrible and we cannot drill for a well which i would do right now and put my own septic system in.

We pay $98 before we use ANY WATER! MY BILL IS $140- $180 NO, I HAVE NO WATER LEAKING OR RUNNING TOILETS AND faucets DRIPPING !

Aqua Texas, Inc. over charges for its water and services. We should have more that one choice for out water supply. They have created a monopoly and it should not be allowed.

Our water is nasty, smells gross, we have to buy bottle water even for our pets. We are always having outages plus it takes forever for them to fix it. The water makes our drains in sinks full of black gunk, lots of mold in our shower and toliets due to water and we clean them weekly.

Shut them down! These people wouldnt use the water for their families that they say is ok for us to use. We live in a lower income neighborhood with lots of children and elderly and we pay higher rates than the million dollar homes on the lake.

Its undrinkable . My bill when i moved in 50 plus sewer attached to aqua another 50. Now there both 80 n change. Totally rediculess an no option to use anyone else. Are neigborhood always smells like sewer in the summer. I dispise aqua an the ladies in the office RUDEEEEEEE AS ILL GET OUT.
