Ridiculously high prices and leaving us with no water constantly. Ends don’t justify the means. Need to have justified reasoning to pay the amount we do for the water quality. Should never be left without this resource.

Prices are ridiculous and there’s always problems with the water pressure. You can constantly smell the chlorine when using the water. We have had to put our own filtration system in because of the horrible taste and smell of the water being supplied.

Lived here only 9 months and lost water usage twice. Water smells like machine oil on a regular basis.

I feel like ive been in the pool and smell like it too after a shower. It doesnt even taste right after boiling either. We pay more for water than electric!

We dont even give this crappy water to our dogs to drink. Its also horrible on our clothes. The grime left behind on dishes is horrid.

The water is horrible! Even after 3 stage filtration it tastes horrible, burns my eyes in the shower. You can't even cook with it, makes everything taste like chlorine

Price gauging, it is SAD when your water bill is HIGHER than your electric bill is. NO MORE SUBSIDIZED BILLING.

Aqua sucks!!!! Their prices are absurd and they dont mail you a letter until your waterbill is due or too late. They dont care if you dont have any kids

They own most of the water companies in the area so they can charge what they want. The water is horrible and constantly having to pull it because the brakes and their pipes. If the pipes break the next month our bill is twice as high
