Had the keys to our house for 2 months. There has been no water twice now. We had city water before and haven’t changed how we use water. The bills are extremely high here, quality is okay- we have to filter it, and get the run around when we call and ask why we have no pressure or completely lose water all together. We’ve been told they are the only option. Isn’t that the definition of monopoly?

Our water stinks, as in sulphur or bleach. Both disturbing and neither welcoming to drink, cook or bathe. Poor water pressure many times and then, no water...we pay too much for this poor quality. If the wells are indeed drying up as we have been told, then drill MORE, or give us a better option. You don't want this to turn into an Erin Brockovich...

Agree with all other comments. Why do we have to put water softening and filters on everything in our house just to use our water? Definitely can’t drink it. We’ve had to switch our detergent because the metals in the water react with the detergent and ruin our clothes. Unacceptable.

I can not believe that in 2018 a water company is allowed to provide this terrible level of water quality. This needs to be investigated fully and often.

Price is way too high and quality is awful. I’ve spent thousands of dollars installing high quality filtration just to have suitable water.

Overpriced, undrinkable due to chlorine or discoloration, and water pressure is a regular issue.

Outrageous prices for crapy water that's completely unreliable. We've only lived here for a year & we've been without water at least 2 times. How it's not a monopoly of we're required to use them and have no other choices. What motivation do they have to do their job correctly if there is no other competition?

Unbelievable! More money than my electrical bill! Can’t even drink the water that comes from the filter in my fridge! It’s that bad :( then when we have issues, no urgency to come out and help us!!!

We can't drink it. When they treat it the smell can wake me from a dead sleep. Our laundry is ruined from it. My water is more then my electric!!!

Aqua does not have properly working equipment, and we pay 3 times as much, or more, than city water would cost

As outrageously high our bills are, the least Aqua can do is give us reliable water service.

Aqua rates are outrageous! My water bill is more than my electric and car insurance bills combined; and the quality of this company’s water is unacceptable!
This water can’t be safely used without a filter, you can smell the high levels of chlorine and other chemicals.
Aqua is not only overprice and poor quality, but on top of that, we constantly have issues with water outrage. My neighborhood has been (on 5/18/18) waterless for the last three hours. It’s a shame to only have one option for water in our neighborhood, and it’s extremely frustrating and unfortunate that, that option is Aqua.
