My water bill is extremely high for as little as we use it. I feel like we are being over charged by a lot.

Water prices are outrageous to say the least. They have a monopoly on the water out here. I pay $31 an month for just because it’s aqua and $63.80 for sewer plant and then charged water actually used on top of that.

The water bill is very high. I can't imagine if I used water outside. I definitely believe they are majorly over charging.

There is so much chlorine in water it bleaches our clothes and my son and I are chlorine sensitive with so much in the water we have to buy bottled water to bathe in!! Its ridiculous and needs to be stopped!!

My water is poor to say the least. It has a lot of calcium in it causing calcium deposits and a rust-colored ring for lack of a better word in my toilet. There is calcium buildup on on my faucets and my sinks and it stops up my shower head, it's come out of the faucet a brownish color before it's not good water.

After moving here I develop psoriasis. The water frequently smells funny and is yellowish. I'm afraid to give it to my dogs. Yet I have to use it to cook food.

Have ne er been able to drink or cook with this dirty foul tasting and smelling water. Plus we get charged a fee just to have the privilege of having water

We were told 50.00 deposit that was it. Our first bill has two deposit charges of 50.00 a 45.00 turn on fee I was not informed of and it was already on when moved in. Our water is brown or smells pf bleach half the time and our bill has been 150.00 with 4 people very little laundry and no dishwasher so why so much? Why 250.00 for my first bill??

I have lived in this neighborhood for 11 years and we have had nothing but problems with the water, the bills are outrageous, and the service sucks.

Aqua is a corporation who only cares about $$$$$$. Water quality is bad, we deal with low pressure or no water at all yet we pay through the roof
