UTAH appraisers deserve better! stop the 48 hour pressure tactics it is dangerous for the market.
Appraisals arent fast food. You cant just rush a professional valuation. Ridiculous.
Finally someone is speaking up. AMC demands are getting completely out of hand.
My husband has been an appraiser for 20 years and this pressure is just unsafe for everyone involved.
Quality takes time. Rushing these reports is how mistakes happen and it ruins the reputation of the whole industry.
