We the undersigned Utah Appraisers appeal to the Utah Division of Real Estate to make an administrative rule as authorized by H.B. 152 to: Prohibit AMC's will from guaranteeing to their client or make a requirement of any appraiser in Utah to provide appraisals with in 24-48 hours. Or in any way emphasize to their client and or place pressure on Appraiser to complete assignments with in 24-48 hours of the assignment being received. We the undersigned believe that appraisals consistently produced in this manner are contrary to the best interests of the public in general and the Mortgage industry in specific, and have a higher probability of faulty workmanship and quality if such a requirement is allowed.
