Traci has built this program to become the best. She instilled qualities in all RTs that came from this program, that I would be proud to have taking care of my loved ones if they were in the hospital. Admin is not only affecting students, but the future of patients lives. Without Traci, this program will fall apart, bad RTs will be produced, and loved ones will suffer when in need to be taken care of. Disappointing for admin to be so selfish.

Traci has been an instrumental part of our success as students. Her leadership, knowledge, and dedication are key reasons why many of us are thriving in our clinical rotations and developing the competencies we need to become effective respiratory therapists. Through her efforts, she has built strong relationships with local hospitals, which has significantly enhanced our clinical placement opportunities. She has structured the program to ensure that we receive a high-quality education with the support necessary to succeed.
Without her guidance and leadership, there is a very real concern that the quality and stability of the program may be at risk. The mentorship, systems, and professional connections she has established are vital to our continued success and to the reputation of the program as a whole. Traci’s unwavering commitment to student success is unmatched, and her absence would leave a significant void that would be difficult to fill.

Our daughter came to your college specifically because of the staff and teachers for these courses. The course means everything to people who care and want to do well. For someone or some people to hire someone that does not understand how an individual(s) have changed people life, to devote their life to as a teacher to live and breathe what someone would want if they are being taken care of, to push the students to be all they can be, for an administration to say we care but we really don’t because we don’t understand who has taken us here, who has made this program successful, the administration should be ashamed.
A person who gives their all, their life with the passion and love to make sure they make a successful program but to make sure they change someone’s life for the betterment is irreplaceable.
To lose such an employee is not only a lose for their program but a huge loss for someone who knows how to a believe the results every company would want, to let someone leave like that really shows the ignorance of the management not to understand someone’s worth.
Any person who makes a difference is a person who leads by example, to show others it can be done. This is my story, you can do it too!!!!
The question is is this the top of person an educated staff or administration says we can let her leave.
I would use caution, a small pebble hits the water after being thrown. There’s a ripple effect. It grows and grows with force and the damage it can cause.
Is it worth it!!!

Everyone who has spent time in the respiratory field understands that Traci has an unparalleled and commanding understanding of the field. She has provided advice to people dealing with difficult patient scenarios, reached out to people regardless of their race, ethnicity, or socio-economic status, held a high standard for the field, and has a dramatic impact on improving the profession as a whole. I can honestly say that she has made every decision with objectivity, integrity, and honesty, and her dedication towards maintaining these values regardless of the circumstances is beyond inspirational. She is an irreplaceable leader in this field.
