On August 11th, residents of Presentation Circle received a set of parking and guest rules that were not voted upon by the community majority. This is an infringement on residents and their quality of life. The petition will serve as a catalyst for conversation with the Board and Home Owners Association that we DO NOT WANT AND WILL NOT VOTE these rules in. We also need to establish an expectation with the Board that the 3 of them do not have the power to vote and decide on major issues without polling the community.

At of everything brought up in the meetings I can't believe parking tags are the priority and to institute this without a vote is disrespectful to the residents
Very concerned a letter would be sent out with a major change to our everyday life. I left the last meeting pleased with the Gotham management very informative and I saw a change that appeared like a positive one, today that feeling I had is out the window. This needs to be suspended until we can vote on it in our next meeting. I will take an educated guess and say you will have a lot of homeowners attend so plan on catching up on other voteable issues while everyone is in attendance. Keep the change to Gotham a positive one. Thank you

I disagree , because there is plenty of parking outside in a common area and it will not always be convenient for me to call management when I have people over !

Not appropriate to pass a major change which impacts peoples finances comfort and community without a democracy. We live in a democracy and if a coram cannot be reached then more efforts need to be made to build a better system of polling the majority. Ratify an ammendment on online polling for voting. Major changes that will potentially increase dues and impact the quality and convienience of all need to be passed with a majority.
