MIT, CalTech, and Carnegie Mellon all offer multiple app design and development classes to their students. WPI claims to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship yet denies us access to the most fundamental and lucrative skillset available in today's modern world. WPI needs to show its student body it's committed to their success and capable of establishing itself in the post-industrial world.
There should be a greater emphasis on front-end development, user experience and user interface design, and on entrepreneurial and innovative applications instead of industry (where the usual WPI focus lies).
its honestly embarrassing that i have to look on udemy for stuff to put on my resume because the registrar here is living in 2005
