All in favor of a dog park and would be happy to clean, pick up and help maintain while there visiting with my dog!
I am a single mom in the neighborhood as well as a big dog lover. I think having a dog park in the neighborhood would be a great way for myself and many others to make connections and build relationships. And y’all it would be FUN! I think it is an amenity that would be used very often. As far as the dog poop concern I think many neighbors would be willing to volunteer to pick up any poop that is missed by the owner. People could sign up for a weekly dog park cleanup. Having our own dog park would make us officially the coolest neighborhood ever!
Great idea! I would suggest divided areas to separate large & small dogs. Thank you for taking this initiative.
Great idea! To keep up with expenses and encourage active participation in the cleanliness of the place i would not object if a nominal recurring fee were charged to those that chose to use such a facility.
As a single mom a dog park would help me get to socialize with adults, build my sense of community. It would also be great for my 3 dogs who dont always get a walk.

All for a dog park in the neighborhood — just not at the Lake Park. My vote would be something near the soccer field. High fives.
