This Petition is for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to implement a Law against the Act of Bullying. Also to implement a Good Samaritan Clause for any Citizen of the Commonwealth to be pardoned for the Defense of an Act of Bullying. Also, this law will include Criminal Penalties for any School District within the Commonwealth who does not comply with complete investigations of ANY Act of Bullying Report made in the proper fashion.

The school districts in this state continue to ignore the danger they let fester in their hallways. I am currently compiling the horror stories you have sent me to drop right on the desks of the legislators who refuse to act. They think if they stay silent we will go away but they are dead wrong.

The momentum behind this petition is proving that Pennsylvania families are finished with school districts ignoring our kids. We have reached a critical point where the establishment can no longer pretend this crisis does not exist.

Thank you for starting this. I have seen way too many kids crying because of what happens in the hallways.
Im sick of reading about kids getting hurt. Pass the law already.
Enough is enough. My nephew had to change schools because nobody would listen to us. Fix this.
About time someone did something. The schools here just brush it under the rug and expect us to deal with it.
Schools need to be held accountable when they dont do their jobs. Tired of the excuses.
Stop it now. Bullying is an illness. Find the cure.
We don't need bullying anywhere in America.
