The senior class of Gadsden City High School feels that there should be something special to honor the rememberence of Anthony T. Hale at our graduation. A slide show may be to much for students to handle but there should at least be something for him. If there was any way that we could have a moment of silence for him when they call his name and a decorated chair for him, we would greatly appreciate it. Anthony meant a lot to many of us we just want him to be remebered on one of the most important days of our lives and to be able to celebrate this accomplishment for him as best as we can. - Seniors.

Honestly, you shouldn't even have to sign a petition for this. Many schools around the world who have had a student pass over a tragic death has the student honored at the school. The school should at least be able to do this for him..
My son lost his best friend at graduation time .. He'd been thru school all those years with the students.. Was an awesome young man. Anthony deserves to be remembered too and it will help the kids too. They should be allowed to honor his memory!!
It's only right he be respects with his fellow class mates. Everyone was hurt by his lost and he should always be remembered. As this will be great for his parents to see that he so loved
I agree . since he's not here to walk across the stage physically it should feel like he's there spiritually . it would mean a lot to his friends , family , etc. #AntWorld
The high school I attended did this for several students. Even had personally invited the students parents. I think it should be done and it would show so much respect of a young mans life that wasn't able to make it this far.

Were ant would be sitting decorate the chair with his picture , a banner with his name, electric candle and flowers and call his name , and everyone have a moment of silence for him! Even though he is not their he is still a student of gadsden city.
