It's approximately 61 days left until the Class of 2025 takes on Graduation! But as many of us feel it won't be complete without an honorable mention of our late friend Kaylee Brynn Welch. Some students in our class have put together a petition to make this possible, it has been done in the past so it should be done again. Please allow this beautiful baby to walk along side her classmates, as it is very unfortunate. My daughter had several friends lost at once her senior year. It was not only amazing, but beautiful to have them be apart like they never left
Absolutely!!! 100% Her name needs to be announced. Not only announced but her mom and stepdad need to be the one to accept her honorary diploma!!! She deserves every bit of recognition for her outstanding personality and love for life. Her memory will live on in all of us!
My school had a classmate pass a couple months before graduation, they had a chair with his cap and gown and a picture of him in his spot. They announced his name and had a family member walk the stage to receive his diploma. I hope you get as many signatures you need for them to announce her!!
Kaylee was a breathe of fresh air to be around, she’d never failed to put a smile on someone’s face and was always there when someone needed her. She deserves this.
This was my sisters best friend, and her death still affects my sister greatly. I think this is an amazing gesture, and everyone who knew Kaylee would appreciate including her in graduation more than you’ll ever know.

As an employee at a high school that has seen students mourn losses like this, please let them have this moment for honoring her mixed in with their moment. Proving that she’s forever with them and never forgotten!
