The undersigned, by thier signatures, petition the City of Concord to annex, by resolution, the unincorporated island in Concord, California. This proposal is to request the City of Concord to apply to LAFCO for annexation of the unincorporated island. The persons signing this petition have signed as landowners or registered voters residing in unincorporated Contra Costa County, Concord, California. And will agree not oppose the City's request for annexation.
