We petition for the recognition of the deep concerns surrounding the safety of the conviction of Nicholas Carl Byard.
Nick was convicted of murder in October 2006 for a 25-year-old
Legal counsel is currently reviewing the trial transcripts alongside the new evidence we have gathered. This documentation will be included in the formal petition for post-conviction relief that we are preparing to submit to the court.

Nick has always been innocent it's a shame the law doesn't see that they have been fooled by a very jealous person Lisa Jayne's father he is the one who should be behind bars. He has not told the truth and should think about the consequences of his actions. It's wrong sending an innocent man to jail without any evidence

THEY GOT THE WRONG MAN. Nick is innocent and the police need to stop ignoring the facts right in front of them.
