Animals in Indiana have no legal representation. They are abused and neglected and sometimes starved to death. There is no law that punishes those who do this to a defenseless animal. Please sign this petition to make it a felony to abuse an animal here in Indiana. There needs to be substantial fines and a animal abuse registry to keep people from repeating this cycle of abuse.
