This is just a start. We need statewide legislation against animal abuse. A statewide chain law would be great.
You are so right. There is a bill sitting in Harrisburg We just need to push them to get it in the floor to be Voted on.
definitely need an animal abuse registry we are the voice for these sweet souls.
