Best coach/mentor my boys have ever had. Understands the balance between winning and discipline that makes for a championship program. Loves and respects the game more than anyone I've ever known. Andy Stefanelli is the only choice for the Good Counsel program.

Coach Andy has always been there for his teams and sets high expectations from his players not only on the field but off as well. I have been proud to be coached by him over numerous seasons and know that he can continue the tradition of GC into the future

Coach Stefanelli has coached 3 of my sons from grade school through the high school level. He is passionate about football played well, and more importantly, he is passionate about teaching young men to play football well. The way his players conduct themselves on the field; however, is only half the picutre. Coach Stefanelli is equally vested in coaching his players to conduct themselves well off the field. He is a strong, clear communicator with parents and an excellent ambassador of our OLGCHS Xavier values. While there could be other equally qualified men for the job of a varsity coach, Andy Stefanelli is uniquely qualified to be the head varsity football coach at Cood Counsel. As an alumnus, a parent and an experienced GC coach and football player recruiter, Andy Stefanelli should be our next head varsirty football coach.

Andy has the type of leadership, knowledge and character to be the Head Varsity coach at GC. I have no doubt he would lead the program to be highly successful both off and on the field for the Students and greater GC community.
