Andy helped my son so much with the Bears in the RFL. His dedication to teaching the fundamentals to kids at an early age has made my son and hundreds like him better HS football players later on. I appreciate all that he has done for us.

As a former youth football coach, I have never seen a coach as prepared and qualified as Andy.

Andy has raised the bar for football in Montgomery county. My grandson has played with the Rockville football league he oversees and camps he runs. He is in this for the kids and knows his sport. He mentors young boys while honing their craft. With Andy at the coaching helm, I send my grandson to GC to be a student/athlete!

I have known Andy for over 30 years. His values and work ethic and amazing coaching skills are second to none. He is an exemplary role model for youth and would be a leader and molder for GC student athletes.

Coach Andy has been a really important role model over the years. He teaches all the traits you needn't in life through this coaching. Unlike most coaches, coach Andy makes connections with all of his players which makes his players want to be around him. He is an all around good person and is highly wanted and qualified for this job

Andy coached all 3 of my nephews in youth football: the eldest blossomed under Andy emerging as a productive wide receiver; the middle nephew became a standout linebacker and the youngest played both ways on his JV HS football team! It all started with Andy!

Andy coached all 3 of my boys in youth league. State championship in 2009. Most supportive and knowledgeable cosch on and off the field. Was instrumental in helping guide my son to a D2 college scholarship offer .

I believe Coach Stefanelli would be a outstanding asset to Our Lady of Good Counsel as Head Football Coach. Especially seeing that he is a Falcon, he clearly demonstrates the values and spirit of GC
