Coach Stefanelli is the Epitomty of our Xaverian Principles and what it means to be A Falcon. He has earned the opportunity to be the Head Football Coach of Good Counsel

Coach Stefanelli takes his time to learn about each students talents and personal life. He is extremely dedicated to OLGCHS. He is the perfect fit and most qualified person for the coaching position.

Coach Stefanelli would make be an excellent selection to fill the newly vacant Head Coach position. His football acumen was top notch while I played under him, and I imagine its only increased in his subsequent years at GC. His ability to effectively communicate the basic fundamentals of football to new players, while simultaneously honing the skills of seasoned veterans was second to none in my experience. Furthermore, his ability to provide both positive, knowledgeable criticism and encouragement to players, while still maintaining the highest of expectations for his players' performance, would make him an ideal candidate to replace Coach Milloy. Most importantly though, Coach Stefanelli was an excellent role model for the young men of GC football. The manner in which he carried himself while conducting practices and games alike showed my teammates and me not only what it was to be an effective and respectable football coach, but what it was to be an effective and respectable leader in any capacity. As a former GC football player, and as an alumnus of GC in general, I am confident that Coach Stefanelli would continue the proud tradition of respectability and success that GC Football has earned under Coach Milloy. I wholeheartedly recommend his selection as the new Head Coach.

Coach Stef is the heir apparent and the best coach in this area who has a track record of a winner and a fair coach! His teams always win a are super competitive. I vote for Coach

Coach Stefanelli should absolutely positively not be considered for the varsity coach position at GC! He should leave and be the head varsity coach at Rockville High School!!!!!!! (My oldest son now plays at Rockville, so I'm being selfish!!!!! ANDY - COME TO ROCKVILLE - PLEASE?!). Seriously - is this really up for discussion? Coach Stefanelli, should be the one and only choice! His dedication to kids and families is unprecedented. His winning record at all levels speaks for itself. GC is a tremendous school. The varsity football program deserves nothing less than a tremendous coach. GO ANDY! GO FALCONS!

To: Our Lady of Good Counsel Coach Stephanelli has been a asset to every Freshman Football player coming through OLGCHS. My son Mekhi has benefited from Andy's leadership and constant dedication to OLGCHS. His accomplishments coaching the Freshman and recruiting team, MoCo Bearcats are unparalleled. Undefeated Freshman team and Grass Roots Champions several years straight, along with coaching GYFL All-Star game with several of his MoCo players. Coach Stefanelli always spoke the highest level concerning coach Milloy and made players look forward to playing at the Varsity level. Coach Stefanelli has already coached if not 100%, it's 98% of the players on the varsity team. He's brought them up as Freshman to represent OLGCHS, at the highest level of the game.

Coach Stefanelli is, hands down, the MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATE, for this opportunity. I have witnessed this MAN work tirelessly for not only the Good Counsel football program, but for the Rockville Boys and Girls Club program as well. Andy is the only person in my opinion who should get the job. Not only is he qualified but he has such a passion for Good Counsel Football and for the school. He truly cares for the players. He engages the players and parents. He's willing to listen. Something that has been missing. My son had so much fun player for him his freshmen year. Make football great again at Good Counsel, HIRE COACH STEFANELLI!!
