Dr. Barker,
I truely believe Andy Stefanellie will be an excellent hire for the Good Counsel family and football team. We have known him for over eight years and he has the values and integrity that Our Lady of Good Counsel stands for in its core beliefs. He is a great leader whom the kids will follow on and off the field. I couldn't think off another individual to lead the Good Counsel football team in the future.

Coach Andy is the best choice for the job as varisty coach. He has the experience and temperament to work with this young men and make a difference in there life as well as champion football players

I can't think of anyone else who already knows and understands the boys, the program, the school, and the politics as well as he does. The program isn't broken and doesn't need an overhaul just someone to carry the torch.... Besides the fact that he has lived for that program for years and deserves it. GO ANDY!

Aside from his football knowledge, Andy's ability to connect with the kids makes him one of the most effective teachers and mentors that I have had the privilege of working with.

There is not another Coach more deserving then Coach Andy! The kids respond well to him, he values relationships with his kids and parents, and genuinly cares about helping the kids get better.
