Currently the 4th floor gym is open only to med students at 222 ship street. It makes sense that our small fitness center can't be open to the entire student body, since it doesn't have that capacity. However, if you think that the fitness center should be open to everyone in our small community here at AMS, including Jackie at security, Victor and Joe with maintenance, and many others, please sign this petition! Anyone who works full-time in the medical school should be able to use the medical school's facilities. A medical school should support health and well-being for everyone, not just med students, and this is a great opportunity to do that! This petition will be given to the school administration in 2 weeks, so sign soon.
