It is an urgent call to everybody to sign this petition and we need thousands of signatures to send it to the American Ambassador in Beirut and ask her to reconsider Ameer's health condition after they rejected to grant him a visa a year ago.

Ameer is a 18 years old boy from Lebanon; he fell off a 30 feet high cliff while helping his elderly sick neighbor move a water barrel and fell off a 30 feet high ditch located very close to where the neighbor lives. Everything happened in a blink of an eye. Ameer fell on his back and was rushed to the hospital where a single orthopedic operated on him and did what he could to save Ameer. Unfortunately, Ameer got paralyzed and lost his senses from the upper abdomen to his toes.

I talked to several spine surgeons here in the USA and they are all wanting to help Ameer but the obstacle is obtaining a visa to come to the United States.

We need your help, consider Ameer your son, your relative, your best friend, and give him hope to get back on his feet because the treatment in the USA is available but without your signature, he will lay on his back for the rest of his life.

He is a very smart and lovable boy. He loves and respects everybody and everybody loves him as well. He has plans for his future, but he thinks his loss of feeling ( from the upper abdomen to his feet) and inability to walk are temporary.

Ameer needs your help.

The embassy of the United States Of America refused to grant Ameer a visa a year ago; now we want more signatures and more people to show their support for Ameer and have everyone at the American Embassy in Beirut hear, see and know that they need to be more considerate when someone like Ameer request help from them.
