Events of February-14 revolution of Bahrain have revealed, to the world; the true face of the ruling gang in Bahrain, and the deep sufferings of their people in various ways, among those violations of all human rights, including children rights.
The ruling gang, has not responded to none of the previous international calls for the release of prisoners of conscience and an end to the systematic torture in prisons which led to dozens of killings and permanent disabilities, yet we still hope your humanitarian action would result in the immediate release of this serious case.
15-year-old Ameer Abdul-Samad Fathi, (ID 941209849), was detained in the dawn of January 2nd, 2012 after his house was raided without a valid reason or a warrant arrest.
Ameer is a minor who suffers from various serious and chronic illnesses which truly endanger his life, such as:

• Severe case of Obstructive Sleep Apnea of which he never left to sleep unattended without being monitored, using CPAP Ventilatory.

• Chronic Renal Failure due to Vesicoureteral reflux.
• Epilepsy.

Ameer's family are deeply concerned about his threatened life, yet still are unaware of his whereabouts, notably with history of life losses under systematic tortures in Bahraini jails.
Therefore, it is crucial, by all of who receives this petition, to:

• Disseminate as widely as possible.
• Send a message condemning ruling gang's actions and human rights violations in Bahrain, particularly children's' rights. Especially to the so called 'Ministry of Human Rights', a newly created goungou after the events of the February-14 revolution for known purposes. (a list of E-mail addresses is attached).
• Request immediate release of this minor and other ill prisoner, as well as all other prisoners, allowing them to freely practice their legitimate right of expression.

As we, the undersigned, invite you to take part in this humanitarian role toward this innocent child, we wish you a peaceful life far from the illnesses and dangers of which Ameer and the rest of Bahraini people are exposed to.

كشفت احداث ثورة 14 فبراير للعالم الوجه الحقيقي للعصابة الحاكمة في البحرين، وما يعانيه الشعب البحراني من معاناة عميقة في مختلف النواحي، ومن ذلك إنتهاك كافة حقوق الإنسان بما في ذلك الأطفال.
لم تستجب العصابة الحاكمة لكافة الضغوط الدولية السابقة للإفراج عن سجناء الرأي، ووقف التعذيب الممنهج في السجون والذي ادى لإستشهاد وتعرض العشرات لإعاقات دائمة، ولكن نتمنى ان يكون قيامكم بالواجب الإنساني باعثاً للإفراج عن هذه الحالة لخطورتها.
الطفل امير عبدالصمد فتحي، والبالغ من العمر 15 سنة والحامل للرقم الشخصي 941209849 المعتقل بتاريخ 2-1-2012 فجراً عبر مداهمة منزله دون إذن قضائي وسبب واضح.
الطفل امير، يعاني من عدة امراض مزمنة تجعل حياته معرضة لخطر حقيقي، حيث انه مصاب بالتالي:

حالة شديدة من انقطاع التنفس الانسدادي اثناء النوم : حيث لا يترك نائماً لوحده منذ مدة طويلة، كما انه يعالج باجهزة التنفس الصناعي CPAP.
فشل كليوي مزمن: ويعاني منه بسبب تضخم المثانة وارجاع البول للكلية .
الصرع.

لا تزال عائلة الطفل امير لا تعلم بمحل اعتقاله، وهم في قلق شديد على حياته المهددة اساساً، فكيف وهو اسير السجون التي استشهد فيها العديد جراء التعذيب الممنهج.
لهذا، نرجوا من كل من تصله هذه العريضة العمل على:
نشرها على اوسع نطاق ممكن.
ارسال رسالة إدانة لممارسات العصابة الحاكمة في البحرين، وانتهاكها لكافة حقوق الانسان والطفل، خصوصاً لوزارة حقوق الإنسان والتي شكلت بعد احداث ثورة 14 فبراير، كذرٍ للرماد في العيون (مرفق قائمة بعناووين البريد الالكتروني)
طلب الإفراج الفوري عن الطفل امير والمرضى بصورة خاصة، وكافة المعتقلين لممارستهم حقهم في التعبير عن الراي بصورة عامة.

نحن الموقعون ادناه، اذ نرجوا منكم القيام بواجبكم الانساني تجاه هذا الطفل البرئ، نتمنى لكم حياة هانئة دون ايٍ من الامراض والمخاطر التي يتعرض لها امير وشعب البحرين.
