Many residents have voiced their concerns as to the tenant policies of surrounding high rise residential buildings, including the Alps at 36th and Baltimore, the New Yorker at 36th and Baltimore, and Westport Central at 35th and Broadway.
As discussed at the meeting with Capt. McLees, it is very possible for the police to crack down on such institutions and this petition is to be submitted to the KCPD as well as the owners and property managers of said buildings to raise our concerns as to whom they are allowing to live in their buildings and in our lovely neighborhood. We thus support and encourage the KCPD to work with these properties to view leases and push out the bad seeds.

Enough is enough. These places are turning into a mess and its bringing down the property values for everyone else on the block. Get them out.
