These homes would seriously threaten the wildlife and River Lugg on this site of national importance for its rare habitat. There are other sites within the City where new homes could be built or regenerated, although Bovis would probably not consider tackling this more difficult and costly project.

Strongly oppose this proposed development. I have lived at Lugg Mill for 15 and a half years and have grave concerns for the otters l see from time to time in the river.

I disagree with the proposed development because this are is not only of special interest but also a natural flood plain. Development in this area would add to run off increasing the likelihood of flooding to the A4103

We are members of the HWT and feel that this proposed housing development will be detrimental to the Lugg Meadows SSSI. It is vital to protect these Lammas meadows once gone - gone for ever.
