Take a moment to read and please sign this petition if you believe the right to bear arms for felons should be decided per case instead of just stripping all felons including those who have never had a violent charge or been a danger to others in any way.

Now days you can be deemed a felon for just about anything. To strip every felon of their civil rights and the rights to bear arms is in no way fair. What about those who are deemed a felon for a stupid theft they committed 20yrs ago and it was in no way violent, those who have no violent criminal history, no assault charges, those who are in no way a danger to society? It isn't fair that they can't protect themselves from home invaders, that they can't teach their children how to hunt and take them to do so. I don't mean all felons, those who are violent or who have ever had a violent criminal conviction should not bear arms. To take away the right to bear arms should be decided per case, not just for all felons in general.
