Hair color should be the least of the concerns! It is merely an artistic expression. LA is among rhe bottom 5 in education in the country, how about focusing on that! Focus on the teacher pay! Focus on the vices the students have at such young ages!

They should have more freedom in hair color because it’s an expression of the first amendment

Hair color dies not stop your brain from working, doesn't make you miss school and doesn't mean you are a troublemaker. They should also not be treated like little drones, where everyone is exactly the same! Please allow these kids to show a little bit of individuality!

It’s just hair. Let the kids express themselves freely

Administrators would actually have to care about the students. They prove every day how little they truly care about any student at walker high school. They can't even keep our children safe.

I feel like hair color is a harmless way for the kids to express themselves and be proud of themselves. In a world that constantly strives to make children shrink themselves, school should be the one place that’s for them! This is their experience. They already can’t wear what they want. Hair color is an easy compromise.

This is a hill I will dye on. If you are of the pagan or satanic spirituality they would be in violation of your first amendment right to worship, as the use of Colour Magick in a ritual when attributed to hair dye should be held to the same standards as the use if the hijab, the yamaka the turban and the veil. This could open them up to a civil rights lawsuit.

Yeah, I’m starting to agree with all the school this isn’t a good idea to do this because it’s running students freedom of expression.
