Attention Mitchell Ranch South Homeowners,

An opportunity of change is upon us! Many homeowners as well as myself have expressed the desire to both beautify our homes and increase its value with paver driveways and walkways. I submitted an ARC request to replace our driveway & walkway due to the unworkmanlike product given to our community from the builder’s contractors and the arc application was denied by the arc committee. I was advised that the current language of the architectural guidelines do not allow driveways to be constructed of pavers or non-consistent with all driveways in the community. After much discussion with the board of directors and arc committee it has been decided that the best way to change this language is via vote.

The process is as follows:

Collect the signatures of 51% or approximately 47 homeowners in the Mitchell Ranch South Community. In an effort to make this process quick and simple an online petition has been created to collect the signatures. To add your signature in favor of the changes click the link below.

What happens after the signatures have been collected?

Once 51% of votes have been collected the issue can then be brought to the board of directors and voted on via ballot. This will allow the entire community to vote on these changes.
