An Open petition to those with a heart.. Christmas 2011 is coming up quick. Christmas 2009 as most know Christmas eve was used as a very incidious nasty plan to announce a Divorce then 8 days later Mr Quish ended up in a Hospital diagnosed with Hyper-tension anxiety, Panic attacks. Fear!! Christmas 2010 Mr Quish had to beg a Bristol Probate Judge to please let him see his children it was stated in open court by a paid attorney who doesn't know anything about the Fathers relationship with the children Your Honor "They have a very severly handicapped child and his emotional needs wouldn't benefit from sharing Christmas with Mr Quish or his extended family" Now Christmas 2011 we have written letters to this same paid Attorney asking to celebrate Christmas on th 16th through 18th as to not interfere with the custodial parents celebration its only four days away, lets note for the record it was only a few weeks ago We were allowed by the custodial Parent to take the children to NH for a Wedding now since November 30th when the first letter was sent over there has been no response it looks like Christmas 2011 is going to be used by the Custodial Parent again as some sort of evil punishment. Please God forgive them for they do not know what they are doing.
