Either allow the citizens outside of an HOA to have regular hen flocks or the citizens will vote you out next election cycle.

It's always a packed room of people who want chickens. Not allowing the voice of the people to rule after a year of commissioner meetings seems more like taxation without representation than anything else to me!

I fell in love Catoosa County when I moved here when I was 14. I am 47 now, but I hope to own horses at some point. I hope that chance is not taken away from me too, I will move out of the county. It is a just right little town, not to big and no too small.

Should be able to do as you please on your on land, chickens are quite. Dogs barking is more of a problem.
