Students need access to the buildings to complete work when they can fit it into their busy schedules. Limited access will limit the ability to work on projects after a day of classes and working jobs. Limited access will negatively impact the students, their work and full school experience. It will also costs the students more money to find spaces to work on projects. Tuition should cover the cost of access to the working spaces that are in the school.

Students need more than 3 hours per day to schedule out studio work. If there’s anything to do, do it.

Overnight access is a crucial part of getting my work done especially in the fashion department as there is limited space so it’s hard to secure during the day and I cannot bring supplies home.

Absolutely ridiculous for this to happen, the entire pull of SAIC is their studio resources. How can great art be expected without the time and place to do so???!?!?
