We, the undersigned wish to petition the interim-Mayor of Montreal to hold a spring referendum on Bill 101, asking Montreal residents if they believe it is both economically and socially sustainable given our city's increasing multicultural face and financial mess. WE NEED MORE PRIVATE SECTOR INVESTMENT IN MONTREAL! In effect, we are asking for Montreal to be given the equivalent of the "notwithstanding clause", and recognized as a distinct society within a distinct society.

Tell Mr. Applebaum you want this issue brought to a spring 2013 resolution. We want a referendum!
