There is more then enough housing for the GVSU students. Also with the current sexual assaults going on do we really need that to come any closer to our small single family's and to our schools?

Allendale has enough college housing. No reason for this parcel of land to be college housing. If you look around the newer places get leased, and the older places have vacancy's.

Whoever is behind this zoning request is only in it to pad their pockets; it is not in the best interest for the residents most affected by R3 zoning, or for the community at large. It is particularly insensitive to individuals whose property borders access streets. This should be put on a ballot for a community vote.
