It is the right of the community to decide what kind of devolpments will help and grow the community within our values. The property can be developed just not R3. R3 leaves the ability to build apartments.

We do not want an apartment complex on that property. Keep it R1 property.

This rezoning would be ridiculous putting apartments literally on good people's property lines, people who are already established who enjoy not having 700 bedrooms watching them.

This would change the fabric of the community. There is plenty of single familys that would like to purchase property in Allendale. Our community would be better served if this was split into parcels for individual families. I totally disagree with this proposal.
