Due to the latest school shooting i think its about time something is done to protect our children This is somewhere we legally have to send our kids every day and they are NOT safe. There is no protection from the outside world whatsoever, if someone with a gun wants to walk into the school they simply can. We need the schools to have metal detectors at every entrance and armed guards to protect our children when we can't. This has to change...we as parents,grandparents or adults need to protect them, they can't protect themselves.
