Restaurants and fast food outlets cater for low fat diets, suffers of diabetes and nut allergies and yet hardly any of them pay any consideration to the over half a million of the UK's population who are diagnosed as having coeliac disease, which in layman's terms is a gluten intolerance.
Please sign my petition to raise awareness and push for these restaurants and fast food suppliers to offer a gluten free alternative.
