Kindergarten is a special and important time in the life of a child. Have you ever heard the saying, "Everything I ever really needed to know, I learned in Kindergarten" (Author Unknown) it's so true. In Kindergarten we learn social skills and build relationships that last a lifetime. There is so much more to Kindergarten than reading, writing and arithmitic. It's a time for friendship building, learning to get along in this crazy world and begining to identify our place in it. The Putnam County School Board is taking that away from our small community, and our children. Algood, TN's children are having to attend other schools and be separated from their friends due to issues of overcrowding. PLease sign below to SAVE OUR KINDERGARTEN.
