Seeing the count climb toward 2,500 reminds me that I am not the only one haunted by what Webster did to that innocent child. We need to reach this milestone immediately so we can show the parole board that we refuse to let a predator walk free. Seeing one thousand signatures on this page is overwhelming because it means I am not the only person terrified by what Webster is capable of doing. Reading your messages gives me the strength to keep fighting this battle for the children he hurt.

Keep him in prison!!!!! He is going to hurt again if he gets out. My heart breaks for that poor baby.
How is he even still alive in there. People like that dont deserve freedom.
Absolutely disgusting. Our justice system is a joke if he gets out in 2 years. Protect the kids!
this makes me feel physically sick. how can anyone even think about releasing a monster like this back into society? keep him locked up for good.
Some people are just evil. He shouldn't be allowed around anyone ever again.
