Sheer rock history importance deems enshrinement, what would Like A Rolling Stone sound like without his improv keyboard? BST, Skynryd, etc. Induct him, his importance to rock history is immeasurable. There are people that are inducted years ahead of their time, solely for commercial quality to support member/viewership. If it is truly a Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame, Al Kooper not being in there is a travesty. There are people in there that have contributed a tenth of what this man has to the history of rock. PUT AL KOOPER IN NOW!!! Don't make him wait the decades you made Yes, Moody Blues, Deep Purple, etc. There is more to rock importance than sales (Green Day, Bon Jovi - 1st ballot...REALLY??!!??) PUT AL KOOPER IN...

Finally woke up and inducted Chicago. Now wake up and induct Al Kooper.

Look at all he was involved in from Dylan to Super Sessions to his solo career to producing and songwriting. He deserves to be in the Hall of Fame.
