To the Honorable Ms.Jablonski, The lack of cost of living increase for those receiving benefits for people with handicaps and those not able to work are keeping vulnerable Albertan's below the poverty level, while cost of living increases, the support for the disabled does not, it should be examined annually to prevent the poverty cycle in one of the richest provinces in Canada.
